The House of Representatives has passed the ADA Education and Reform Act of 2017, better known as HR 620, that some say would restrict the rights of disabled Americans due to what some call the need to curtail ‘frivolous’ lawsuits. The American Association of People with Disabilities (AAPD), is the nation’s largest disability rights organization, helping many individuals since its inception.
